Swim in your sparkling, heated pool, fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco at the poolside table and chairs, meet up at the cozy seating area around the corner on your wraparound deck, or ascend the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck where you can work on your tan and take in top-of-the-world views of the ocean and the bay. And for sleeping arrangements, this spacious home offers five bedrooms including three bunk rooms.

This house is beautiful, perfectly located between the ferry, the beach, restaurants, market, and twenty minute walk to Ocean Beach.
For almost 2k/night, (rental plus fees), it should be closer to ideal. Having the pool is the game changing decisive factor, but the little things as described above need to be addressed. Without the pool, I could find an older, comfortable home for half the price and adjust my expectations accordingly.

We were blown away by this vacation home, the best we've ever stayed in on Fire island. The pool on the deck was an awesome amenity. We did come across a couple issues but any concerns were swiftly handled by Cassie and the team. Being in this hole was vacation enough!

5 bedrooms good.
Rooftop a treat.
However, overall 3 stars
Too many important things not as described and / or in need of fixing:
1. Gas grill grease in need of good cleaning.
(used for one minute & vegetables on fire)
2. No homeowners Wifi connection.
(Two adults had to work remotely & this was a problem)
3. No television connection (error message)
4. No Hot Water in Main Bathroom Shower.
5. Kitchen glass sliding doors open fine,
But the One Large Screen door does not.
6. Bicycles were not locked up upon arrival, they were strewn in the wet sand under the house, all rusted & some chains broken. This was a problem, as we carried over child's bike and planned to ride with him.
(One very upset 6 year old).
7. Kitchen is Very Under Stocked. Most pots/pans were unusable. And
No Spices, Etc. OR they were in broken cabinet next to oven which does not open? (Cabinet door also maybe breaking on recyclable cabinet?)
8. Dishwasher top rack was filled with most of the flatware, not dried, not unloaded and some pieces rusted when found.
9. Also, some ceiling flood lights (kitchen/living room) need light bulbs replaced. (about 6 maybe).
