About this house rental
Welcome to “The Dunes” your oceanfront oasis in Ocean Bay Park. Sleeps up to 16! 2 Blocks from the ferry, ramp access to elevated home. Private Deck overlooking the Dunes and endless ocean views. Pool access at FIBH available to add to your stay for an additional fee. Kitchen with large dining table, island with 4 bar stools, new stainless steel appliances including ice maker, beverage chiller and 2 refrigerator/freezers to provide plenty of storage. Living area with cozy couch, ocean views, TV with Sonos sound system. Main level features an oceanfront Queen bedroom, 2nd bedroom with Queen sized bed and twin daybed, one full bathroom with glass shower and new vanity. Upstairs you’ll find a King Bedroom with Queen sized pull out couch, Large Kids Lounge with Full/Twin size bunk with Twin Trundle + Twin bed, 4 bean bag chairs with TV & Xbox. Lastly, a Semi-private Bedroom with 4 Twin Bunk beds and Fully renovated Bathroom on 2nd Floor. Home comes with 2 sets of new washer/dryers, stocked with towels, beach towels, kitchenware, glassware, 10 bicycles and 10 beach chairs. Large Deck off Kitchen has large dining table to fit 12, plus large sectional with coffee table.

Fabulous, enormous property on the edge of the dunes with direct access to the beach. Jamie was a truly professional manager and communicated with me throughout in a pleasant, quick and efficient manner. I can't recommend this property enough especially if you are doing a family reunion as we were. The facilities were very complete including dual washers/dryers, large dishwasher, ample towels including beach towels. Just 10 minutes walk from the ferry dock on the other side of the island.
