Recently renovated in 2024, featuring new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furnishings and 3 Samsung Smart TV's.
Villa June is a gorgeous, modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Villa with amazing amenities located in the prestigious Rose Garden, one of the most tranquil areas of Cape Coral, within walking distance to Tarpon Point Marina.
Enjoy this beautiful home with a private pool, hot tub, fenced-in backyard, open fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, breakfast bar, two living areas, and plenty of space to enjoy meals outdoors in the pool-deck area beneath the lanai, where you will find poolside loungers and a Weber gas grill.
This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife.
For your convenience, all linens and towels for your stay are included. Wireless internet, washer and dryer are also available. The home offers beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests.
There is a strict non-smoking policy.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, we cannot allow pets.
Please note: this home has a minimum age requirement of 25.
Electricity cost of USD 100 per week are included in the rental price. Additional consumption is charged at USD 0.20 per kWh. Meters are read at check-in and again at check-out. Any overages are paid during check-out.
There are exterior security cameras around the home for the safety of our guests and the property.

A valid government issued photo ID is required for all guests within 24 hours of booking.
The rental agreement has to be signed by all guests within 48 hours of booking.

We just completed a 7 week stay in Villa June and couldn’t have more pleased with the experience. During the past few years we have stayed in approximately 15 houses in the Cape Coral area and this property is by far the best. Shortly after booking our stay, we were contacted by the owner, June. Before and during our stay, she made sure we were happy with the property and that we had everything we needed. At check in we found the house to be spotless and well stocked with all household supplies. The interior of the home is brand new and is as pictured on VRBO. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The pool area was a great spot for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. The house is conveniently located to bars, restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed the Westin Resort area which is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Great views of the marina and open water are offered at the bars and restaurants. We were so pleased with Villa June we are already booked for 7 weeks in 2026. We highly recommend this property

everything was as listed, very clean property with all amenities you need.
The owner was very kind and extremely responsive. The location was perfect and in walking distance to Tarpon Point Marina.

Se were 1 week together with my family.
The house is very nice, much better than in the photos.
When we arrived we found everything in perfect condition and very clean, many new things (bbq, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc).
The property manager is very friendly and very well communicated.
It’s only missing a good knife 😂.
