This newly renovated, single-story home is designed for relaxation and memory-making. The open layout blends a spacious dining and living area with a thoughtfully equipped kitchen—complete with modern stainless steel appliances, a tropical-themed coffee bar, loads of small appliances (like an air fryer, Instant Pot, Crockpot, and more), cookware, tools, and a starter supply of paper goods and soaps. Just bring your groceries and you're set— we know everyone loves their first vacation run to Publix!
Slide open the full wall of glass to extend your living space to the screened lanai, heated pool, and peaceful lake views—ideal for lounging, dining, or simply soaking in the breezes.
The split-bedroom floor plan offers maximum privacy and flexibility. The main suite features direct access to the pool and lake, while the second suite (also with pool access along with a queen bed and daybed) and a third bedroom with twin beds are tucked behind a sliding barn door—perfect for families or groups traveling together.
Outside, the fun continues: play cornhole, try your hand at the Bimini ring game, or unwind in one of many shaded lounging areas.
