About this house rental
Stunning, remodeled 3 bdrm, 3 bath in coastal Fort Myers. Open floorplan with 1400sf of living space, addtl 1500sf of outdoor space (screened lanai and heated pool). Large oversized dream kitchen for for entertaining & cooking. Open all doors to the lanai! Located on salt water canal minutes from open water & the Gulf of Mexico. Beaches galore with Sanibel, Ft Myers and Cape Coral 15 minutes away. Night life, restaurants and local attractions nearby. Sleeps 10 max.

Open concept floorplan with large, open living room, kitchen, bar, coffee corner and dining room. Gather in the kitchen and turn the 10' island into your dining hang out or choose to grill out and serve guests in the outdoor dining area with stunning views of the canal. Watch your favorite movie in the large living room or play games, read books, or dine in the lanai with pool and canal views.
Three bedrooms:
- King Room 1 has its own ensuite bathroom
- King Room 2 and the bedroom with 2 Full Beds share a jack and jill bathroom
- There is a 3rd full bathroom near the pool area
- The above sleeps 8, there is an air mattress available to make it 10.
Laundry, a/c, outdoor grill, wifi, smart TVs.
The lanai is oversized with plenty of space to entertain. The seawall has cleats so you may tie up your boat (please bring bumpers). It is not uncommon to see sea life in the canal - dolphins, stingray, sawfish, sharks, etc.
Visit Fort Myers Beach (5 miles away) and Sanibel Island (13 miles away).
We have two camera's on property, one at the front door surveying the front lawn and one at the back of the property keeping an eye on the yard and canal (does not capture the pool). These camera's are only functional when the home is vacant (no reservations).

The house was beautiful and lots of space. There were great hospitality items as well. Easy check in. Great views and quiet neighborhood. Nice walking sidewalk close by to get our daily walk in. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to the area.

This home was perfect for our graduates weekend celebration! It had absolutely everything we needed and so much more. The space was perfect for our family gather and beautifully decorated. Everyone was very impressed with the high quality amenities all the way down to the fluffy towels and cleaner than some of the 5-star hotels we've stayed in. We would definitely stay here again!

From start to finish this was a perfect experience. Booking was convenient and easy, communication was prompt and informational. The home is so comfortable and a wonderful layout for family to enjoy each other’s company. We spent a full week enjoying the home, pool and area. Everything was fully stocked and ready. Can’t wait to return!

Screened in private pool was fun and refreshing. Only ten minutes from the Sanibel causeway. The open floor plan and the well thought out essentials made our vacation easy, fun, and relaxing. Mini fridge was stocked with beverages and there were candy and snacks. Plenty of coffee essentials. Pool storage has floats and noodles. Kitchens is very organized. Couch is super comfy and blankets are extra soft. We will be back!
