This home provides all the comforts of a family getaway with sophisticated and high quality furnishings and decor. We created the space for the enjoyment and comfort of both adults and kids. The home features 4 spacious bedrooms, large screened in patio, pool, games, ping pong table, and lush grounds. Less than 8 miles to both Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Close to tons of restaurants and amenities.

The property is gorgeous!! Just as listed, the host is extremely communicative and very committed to making our stay comfortable as possible. We did not run into any issues with check-in, and check out was smooth. Upon arrival, the property was extremely clean and had everything we need. The hose was available for questions as needed and our stay was immaculate. Will stay again if ever in the area in the future!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The home is very spacious, clean and well maintained. It is as advertised. It is nearby many attractions yet far enough away from the noise and distractions. We enjoyed our time sitting in the screened porch greatly. We weren’t there long enough to use many of the amenities provided. The homeowner is responsive to questions.

We stayed at this house when traveling to Ft Myers for a wedding. It was super clean and matched the VRBO description. Pool could have used a better cleaning, but the pool tech showed up on Saturday, two days before we checked out.
