The house was very comfortable, spacious kitchen with lots of countertop and storage. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nice patio, fans and lights all had remotes, plenty of charging stations, very nice bathrooms and showers. Everything was very clean and organized. I got to teach my boys how to play pool, it was so nice to have the garage recreations after a long day at the beach!!! 4 folding chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards were already supplied at the house which was just awesome!!! We added some footballs, frisbee, and a couple of swimming goggles/snorkels.
Couldn't be happier honestly with the house and location our family is looking forward to coming back soon!!! Love from IOWA 🙂
If I had to be REALLY picky I would say the garage could use an additional ac unit, and the master beds were a little outdated but we cannot complain one bit and I hope that anyone who reads this takes it with a grain of salt as we all have our opinions!!! We will be back regardless.

The location was excellent. Very close to supermarkets and highway access. Within ten minutes to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The house was updated with nice, large cabinetry, modern bathroom amenities, countertops and art. The garage and back patio (screened in) had games. There were two beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards and beach umbrella which came in handy for a day at the beach. Beds were very comfy and clean. The host was great!
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but a few things could have been better. The kitchen countertops and back patio could have used a bit more cleaning when we arrived. Cookware was adequate but limited. One bathroom also had a slow-draining shower, though the owner was very responsive and proactive in addressing it right away.
