New cosy appartments centrally located

Well equiped apartment on 5m walking distance to (ski-)lifts, restaurants and shops/supermarket.

No breakfast included, but backery is only 300 mtrs away and opens at 07.30. So for us that's fine: you don't have to run to a breakfast buffet before it closes early..... You could order bread from the host, but we didn't. Kitchen very well equiped with all you would wish for. (Except coffee machine) Cars can be parked on the property, which turned out to be great as for almost all of the village is valid parking only (paid). Bathroom: rain-shower very nice.. WiFi, Flat-screen smart TV's (2), also great ....

We stayed with 4 adults (2+2 19-year old). For that party, the beds (1 king-size in bedroom, 1 sofa-bed (fold away) in living room) are not really suited for 4 adults. So we received an additional roll-away bed. Sufficient, but nog very comfortable for a tall person. Coffee machine is some what old fashioned, a Nespresso (or similar cups-machine) would meet the luxury expectations. The terras is next to the street, without bounderies or small hedge between them. No mountain view from there, so some kind of shared terras (for all apartments) with mountain view would have been very nice. Apartments (8?) are located ground-floor in a 2 block-house, of which 1 was still being finalized so some workers were busy during the weekdays. We don't understand the infra-red sauna "in the kitchen", but a sauna not our "thing" anyway. Didn't use it.

Super Lage

Timea hat uns herzlich begrüßt, die gute Seele von Living Mountain. Wohnung sehr modern und gut ausgestattet mit Wärmekabine. Lage perfekt, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, Bäcker, Restaurant, Supermarkt, Gondel u.s.w.. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Unser nächster Urlaub in Tannheim ist wieder im Living Mountain. Einfach super 👍

Modern, gemütlich- wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbare Wohnung, alles da was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Infrarotkabine in der Wohnung war für unseren Aufenthalt im Dezember ein echtes Highlight und hat das Ganze noch abgerundet. Es kann auch sehr unkompliziert die Sauna genutzt werden. Auch richtig schön! Die Lage ist super und die Gastgeber sehr herzlich und freundlich.

An der Straßenseite ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster schon recht laut. Aber die Aussicht macht das auch schon wieder gut :)

Superb!

Tolle zentrale Lage im Ort. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und diverse Restaurants in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Rückseite des Hauses ist der Hauptstrasse zugewandt. Den Verkehr hört man aber nicht bei geschlossenem Fenster. Auf der dem Ort zugewandten Seite mit dem Balkon ist vom Verkehr praktisch nichts zu hören. Die Schlüsselübergabe in Person war unkompliziert und einfach. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Vielen Dank Timea! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Living Mountain sehr genossen, und allgemein in Tannheim ebenso.

Großzügig modernes Apartment

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr viel Platz und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vorteil war es auch, dass wir unsere Fahrräder in einem Raum abstellen konnten. Die Küche war sehr gut mit elektronischen Geräten ausgestattet. Positiv ist auch zu erwähnen, dass es einen Brötchendienst gab.

Einzig negativ war die unglückliche Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße. Die schon sehr gut isolierenden Fenster konnten die Straßengeräusche nicht komplett abhalten. Für sehr geräuschempfindliche Gäste würde ich Ohrstöpsel definitiv empfehlen.

Alles prima, bis auf das kaum nutzbare WLan.

Das WLan war viel zu schwach und brach ständig ab. An den Tagen mit schlechtem Wetter wollte ich arbeiten und konnte das nicht. Gastgeberin, Apartment - alles perfekt. Beim Thema Ökologie mangelt es noch an Manchem. Kritischster Punkt ist, dass das Grundstück von hässlichen Gabionen statt einer Hecke umrandet ist und ansonsten komplett versiegelt. In einer Zeit, die vermehrt von Unwetter bedroht werden wird, ist das nicht angebracht. Aber dort und in Kleinigkeiten wie recycletem Toilettenpapier kann die Unterkunft ja noch nachbessern.

Tolles Gesamtpaket und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Schön und modern eingerichtet, gutes Raumkonzept und gemütliche Wohnung, voll ausgestatte Küchenzeile, sehr freundliche Vermietende, zentrale Lage für Ausflüge, tolle Infrarotsauna im Zimmer

Wenn man nachtssehr lärmempfindlich ist, sollte man vielleicht eine Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer Richtung Ort buchen. Trotz der Schallisolierung ist die Hauptstrasse sehr gut zu hören.

Alles Bestens.

Wir waren im 3. Jahr in Folge in dieser Wohnung und sind immer wieder sehr begeistert. Wenn wir wieder in Tannheim Urlaub machen, dann ist diese Unterkunft für uns absolut gesetzt.

Die Hauptstraße führt unmittelbar an der Wohnung vorbei. Die Wohnung ist aber durch eine mit Schottersteinen optisch gelungene Lärmschutzwand durch die Verkehrsgeräusche weitgehend abgeschirmt. Der gute Ausblick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge entschädigt dafür allemal.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen!

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal in der Unterkunft, da einfach alles rundherum passt. Modern eingerichtet, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Nach dem Skifahren ist es toll, sich in der Infrarotkabine im Appartement aufzuwärmen und zu entspannen. Ein dickes Lob an Timea, die sich um alle Wünsche kümmert und dafür sorgt, dass man sich rundherum wohl fühlt. Es war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Living Mountain.

Uns hat es gefallen und kommen wieder!

Die Fewo ist modern und top ausgestattet. Vor allem die kostenlos jederzeit verfügbare Infrarot-Kabine ist ein Highlight.

Leider liegt das Ferienhaus nur wenige Meter neben der Durchgangsstraße Richtung Reuthe, was uns aber im Winterurlaub nicht beeinträchtigt.

Schöne moderne saubere Wohnung in einem ruhigen tollen Ort.

Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Die Lage ist zentral und somit sind Geschäfte, Restaurants, Schilift und Loipe zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeberin Timea ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Person, die immer erreichbar war.
