Great location, was nice having the 2 rooms and it was clean although dated

On arrival we saw the pool was covered, apparently it’s not been in use all season, nothing mentioned about this on booking.com or by the owner. The shower is terrible, although loads of reviews have made negative comments about the shower, the owners have done nothing to repair these issues…. I tightened the shower head on arrival and a least it functioned as a shower for our stay. The towels were changed twice during our stay but not the bedding.

View was OK and central location

The place needs updating, cleaning and fixing. The beds were horrendous. No living room, it was locked up. Bathroom was disgusting kitchen also. The air-conditioning was 100 years old and rusty, probably poisonous. The swimming pool was locked off and covered up so couldn't use it. Same for the picnic area, just gravel.

The location is perfect with wonderful beaches around. I had a room with huge private terrace with a nice view. I had a great stay.

Lovely clean pool and a very quiet, tranquil location. Perfect for relaxing .

Bathroom could do with a spruce up: new toilet seat , shower curtain and a shower fitting overhead.

We chose Elena for its peaceful location and for its close proximity to our favourite tavernas & bars in Paleokastritsa (Eleni, Cactus, Spiros, La Grotta, Tango, Flavor). Access to the sea is a five minute walk away via Acapulco. The bus to Corfu Town stops directly opposite and the supermarket is next to it. Just past the campsite you can pick up the Corfu Hiking Trail up to the beautiful mountain village of Lakones. We arrived late at night and the owners had left a note on the door with our names on, making it easy to find. There was a complimentary bottle of mineral water in the fridge along with washing up liquid and toilet rolls. Our apartment was bigger than we expected with a fabulous mountain view. Our beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped and the water always hot. We loved the retro tiles in the kitchen & bathroom! Sitting on our balcony with a drink late at night listening to the Scops owls hooting in the trees and seeing pine martens scurrying about was absolute bliss. As you'd expect in Greece, there were lots of cats lounging around the gardens, they were all very friendly and we'd have a chat with them every day. We didn't request air con. After midnight it was still around 30°C but with the balcony doors open we had no problem sleeping. Be warned, the mozzies are brutal this year! Guests are asked to empty their bins into the communal bin every day which we did on our way out every morning. Our apartment was cleaned and the linen was changed four times during our 14 night stay which suited us perfectly although we could have requested it done more frequently if we'd have wanted to. The pool area was open between 9am and 8pm daily, cleaned every morning. Most of the time we had it to ourselves and it was lovely to have an evening swim. The family were so friendly and kind and couldn't have been more helpful.

Our trip was perfect. There was nothing we would have changed, the only thing we didn't like was having to go home!

Elena apartments is so beautiful and the owners are both so warm and friendly! I loved the facilities it provided, everything I needed for 6 days to cook, rest and shower. the location was amazing! walking distance to some of the nicest beaches and beach club.

Staff were really nice. Great location for exploring Paleokastritsa. Quiet and peaceful.

Only one Pillow. No quilts, just a sheet. Shower was awkward. Plus we had to ask for the AC remote as it wasn’t there when we arrived.
