Cosy apartment in the centre of Chania

A nice, little apartment, right in the centre of Chania. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need, it's clean and cosy and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner was very friendly and helpful and she provided us with all the details and information needed.

Soggiorno non consigliato! Mi sento derubato.

Solo la posizione e null’altro!

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza a Chania non è stata positiva. L’host è stata completamente assente e mai reperibile: nonostante i nostri ripetuti tentativi di contatto, non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta né via telefono né in altro modo. Alcune cose mancavano in casa e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare da soli. Neppure una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo di benvenuto. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, soprattutto in cucina (nelle credenze) e in bagno (per terra e nella vasca da bagno) che non erano stati puliti a fondo. Lo scaldabagno è stato un problema per tutto il soggiorno: dopo 15 minuti di attesa riuscivamo a fare una sola doccia calda, e questa informazione ci è stata comunicata solo il giorno dell’arrivo, non al momento della prenotazione. Inoltre, dopo due docce, il tappo del sifone a pavimento si intasava e il bagno si allagava, con acqua mista a schiuma dei bagnoschiuma che rendeva impossibile usarlo senza asciugare continuamente. Gli asciugamani forniti non erano sufficienti per un soggiorno di 4 giorni. La casa era poco luminosa e, in camera da letto, non c’era aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore a pale che muoveva aria calda, rendendo difficile dormire. L’unica nota positiva è la posizione, ma crediamo che nella stessa zona si possano trovare molte altre sistemazioni con host più presenti e condizioni della casa decisamente migliori
