    I had issues with this small room - the AC wasn’t working, the room smelt like cigarette smoke, and I could hear the loud drilling from the construction next door. There was also no window. Lucky the staff were accommodating and they transferred me to a better room. Great staff!

    The room is clean, bed is comfortable, great value for money but the room is small, the bathroom is wet after shower, the air conditioner is not cold enough (provided a standing fan).

    No frills hotel in the inner city side of Da Nang, but just a few minutes ride to the beach side. It is walking distance to Han Market and the cathedral, and many local restaurants, cafes and mini marts are around. We also managed to walk to the river and along the promenade, to the dragon bridge, and crossed over to the night market. Hotel itself is quite old but serviceable. Triple room is just right for 3 people. There is a balcony, a mini fridge, daily cleaning and new towels and bottled water. AC did not quite work on our first night but got really cold when we finally figured it out. Bathroom situation is a challenge since there is no partition between the shower, sink and toilet so the entire floor is wet after showers. Price is low it making it good value for money.

    This is a budget hotel if you just need a quiet place to crash without spending much. Housekeeping is great-they change the towels and clean up every day. Since it is an older building, it has a bit of wear and tear, and there is a faint, slightly weird smell coming from the toilet every now and then. The daytime reception has young women who speak English fluently, but the night shift is run by older folks who don't speak English at all.
