    I booked this premium hotel for a long duration of 11 nights at an hefty cost under the presumption it would live up to suitable standards and provide a premium stay . Unfortunately the hotel is not what is advertised, and falls well below basic hygiene regulations that would be considered unacceptable in a hostel, let alone a premium hotel. I unfortunately discovered that my bed had a severe bedbug infestation, a was covered with sore red itchy bites and caused me a huge inconvenience and ongoing disruptions to my working and travel days. The staff moved me to an even smaller room than the deluxe comfort I paid for the remainder of the stay and were unable to offer any suitable resolution - except for a free breakfast! It goes without saying that I would not have even considered booking this hotel if I had known there was a bed bug issue - it is a nightmare situation for a hotel guest and falls well below suitable living standards. I hope that M hotel and Agoda are able to put this right and issue me the refund I requested to compensate for the terrible experience.
