Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig. Man kann die Nachbarn reden hören.

Lage top, Personal sehr hilfsbereit, Betten bequem. Pool super zum abkühlen nach Nationalpark. Das Restaurant ggü. ist super!

Außenmobiliar und Spielplatz sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Struttura pulita, camera ampia,molto comoda la vicinanza ai laghi. Gradevole la piscina.

Non equilibrato il rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto cara la colazione, non compresa nel prezzo già elevato della camera. Nella camera il phon fisso alla parete era rotto, ci è stato sostituito ma non riparato. Lo staff potrebbe più gentile e accogliente, i modi sono bruschi e poco empatici. Nella nostra stanza mancavano degli asciugamani, ci sono stati portati ma precisando che "non ne avevamo diritto".

The room looked exactly like on the photos. It was a bit small, but cozy and clean. Very good value for the proce.

When we checked in, the receptionist asked if we want breakfast. We asked for the price, she informed us it was 7 euros per person. We booked two breakfasts for the next morning saying we would try it and see if we would want it for the second morning too. The breakfast was acceptable quality for 7 euros. However, when we wanted to schedule it again for the next day, the same receptionist told us it wasn’t 7, but 15 euros per person. For this price we didn’t order the next one and we didn’t get any explanation for the price change. I really would like to think that it was just a mistake stemming from language difficulties, but it was still very unprofessional and uncomfortable. It wasn’t clearly indicated that the sauna and wellness facilities are not included in the room price. We only got informed on-site that these require additional booking and payment.
