This property was great! Beautiful view and the hosts were friendly and amazing. Everything you need is close by, with easy access to Albuquerque about 15 min away. It was so quiet and peaceful. I wish we didnt have to leave!

We really enjoyed staying at Tom's place. It was just the right size for the two of us. Plenty of parking and easy access. Additionally i was able to easily set up my tripod to get some beautiful sunrise pictures. Tom's place is also within a mile or so of dark night skies for milky way pictures.

Quiet, peaceful, clean, and very comfortable! A full size fridge allowed me to make food instead of going out for each meal, and the recliner is super comfortable, made me a little jealous! Thank you for having me!

After following his excellent directions, Tom met us as soon as we drove up the driveway entrance. He gave us a tour of the Casita, which included setting up wifi, using voice command, and showing us where to find things. We seriously did not need to bring anything with us except our clothes and medical devices. The Casita was just as advertised on Vrbo. What a lovely, wonderful place to spend the week. A couple of times, I called or texted, and Tom answered very quickly. The only thing we missed was Tom's other half, Kelly, who was on her own grandchildren vacation. Hopefully, we will meet her when we have an opportunity to stay again! Thank you, Tom!

We thought we booked for 4 nights but we were misunderstood. We bought food for 4 dinners & 4 breakfasts. It was thrown away because we had to leave. We spent an extra 200 on a hotel and more on dinner. We attended a 4 day convention. Otherwise it was very nice...just extra stress I didn't need.

We enjoyed our week stay in Rio Rancho. Tom and Kelly were very gracious hosts. Everything was as described and stocked as needed. The neighborhood is quiet. The highlight of our trip was a balloon ride, Santa Fe, Bandelier National Monument and Ghost Ranch. We had beautiful weather. It was a perfect get away. Thank you!

My husband and I visit the Albuquerque area yearly in April to visit his relatives in Rio Rancho. What a find this was! After 10 years of hotel rooms, we found our home away from home. The mountain greets you majestically and the hosts are attentive and welcoming. Everything you need all nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It truly is a lovely casita!

My fiancé and I loved everything about our trip. Tom and Kelly were incredible and very kind hosts. The property is extremely well maintained and we had zero issues during our stay. The property is in a very safe, cozy neighborhood. Scenic mountain surrounding the entire area, neat town with plenty of great places to eat, great hikes near or far from the property. All around 10/10 experience and would recommend to everyone!

Tom’s place was absolutely perfect! The bathroom and kitchen are clean and modern. The bed is firm but comfortable. I got the best sleep I’ve had in a while! The location is great. It was quiet with a fantastic view of the stars. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. Highly recommended!

Everything about this place is excellent; great location, exceptionally clean, well appointed, friendly owners... with one exception. The bed is some kind of memory foam that was VERY firm and, for us, very uncomfortable. Perhaps it just takes some time to get used to it, but our four night stay was clearly not enough. We could not stay here again.

This casita is a cute place to stay that is somewhat away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Beautiful view from the patio doors shows the Sandia mt in various degrees of lighting, always changing. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The property is gated as well. Ample cooking space if needed. Great for a couple to get away yet be close enough to enjoy Santa Fe or Albuquerque. This was our 2nd visit there!

A friend and i reserved this VRBO several months before our actual visit. They did not forget us and we received good directions etc a couple days before we left for Albuquerque. The apt is behind the main house. You cannot see a picture of the apt. What you see is the owners main house. It would be nice to also see the apt. The apt was clean and we had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We were attending a convention of Jehovah's Witnesses near by. It only took us 10 minutes to get to the Star Center. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to visit again next year. Thank you for your hospitality.. (I sleep in a recliner and this apt had 2 recliners so I was very happy to get good night's sleep every night,)

We recently stayed at this fantastic house and had an incredible experience. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped and all the utensils we needed. The living room was cozy with a comfy couch and a big screen TV, perfect for family movie nights. The bedroom was spacious, with soft linens and plenty of storage space, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries. The location was perfect – nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the local attractions. Our host was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They were incredibly responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay with an exceptional host. We can't wait to return!

We were there for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were off going places and doing things every day so were not around during most of the day. Our hosts were helpful, engaging, and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a casita to stay in to look here for a day or a couple of weeks.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I loved the privacy and the secure parking in this gated property. The place was clean and comfortable. The only slight negative was the counter.space in the bathroom, but nothing that would keep us from staying here again! The owners were VERY responsive and communicative. Enjoyed the stay!
