Anything was perfect!

We had a very nice stay in the hotel! Good food, friendly employees, nice weather and the beach with see and a swimming pool. What one could wish more! Special thanks to the blonde one bartender at the beach, who prepared the best cocktails, was very friendly and nice to the guests and when working in the restaurant, he showed the highest engagement of all employees. But I have to say that each employee worked with a high enthusiasm and did a great job. Another special thanks to the dark hair bartender, who answered all my questions relating Greece, was also very friendly and his English knowledge was excellent. Sorry guys, I don´t know your names but thank you very much for your professional service! You helped me having a nice holiday! I wish to have such great service during each holiday! Then, each bartender prepared the cocktails in a little bit different way, so each time the cocktails tased a little bit different. The all-inclusive cocktails were in most cases way to sweet, so it was not really possible to drink the whole cocktail. So the cocktails could also taste a little bit better. This is something what the hotel could still improve. In general, I enjoyed the holidays despite a few problems. I would not mind to come back in the future again.

There were also some problems. The air conditioner in our room was dirty from the inside. When we wanted to turn it on, the whole room started to smell badly. Then we also felt dust in the air, so we just couldn´t use the air conditioner. We said several times at the reception that the air conditioner must get cleaned and disinfected. Unfortunately, we were always just promised that somebody would come but nobody ever came to clean the air conditioner. Then, one day the water didn´t drain from the sink in the bathroom. We told the receptionist about the problem after the lunch and we were promised that somebody would come to fix it. Unfortunately, nobody came. After the dinner we told the receptionist that the sink still did not work and we were promised that somebody would come and fix it but again nobody came. That evening and in the morning, we had to brush our teeth in the shower because it was just impossible to use the sink as it was full of water. First the next day, when the housekeeper came, she called the reception and told them that somebody really had to come to fix the sink because it was full of water and we just could not use it. After the call from the housekeeper, somebody came to fix it and he also looked at the air conditioner. Unfortunately, the man did not understand English, so we tried to explain that the function of the air conditioner was not a problem. The problem was the smell and the dust in the air of the whole room while using it, so it was impossible to use it. Unfortunately, the man didn´t understand it. I think that the man just got the information from the receptionist that there was some problem with the air conditioning and they didn´t not explain to him, what the real problem was. So these things should be fixed in the whole hotel. Otherwise, everything was fine!
