The location is awesome, I recomand sea view rooms at the 3rd floor. We opted for all inclusive package and it was ok for us - we found each day something good to eat and of course to drink. The hotel is right on the beach, very easy to go for a swim. Overall very good value of money, we enjoyed our stay.
The staff should improve client relations skills, some of them were not very careful with clients needs.

Easy all inclusive with kids! Beach, pool and water park options for them. Love the parking option, staff was kind. If you don’t have kids, this may not be the place for you.
Food was just ok, but kids were more than pleased. Probably needs a little upkeep, but it ok for a quick weekend. Two slides were closed during our stay, so the kids were limited on those. Ice cream at the pool was very limited, kids were very disappointed.
