About this house rental
This new, modern, and very high-quality semi-detached home is located on the eastern outskirts of Wieck. The bike trail connecting the neighboring towns of Prerow and Born is right nearby.
Through the entryway, you’ll find the bathroom—featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and floor heating—as well as the light-filled living room with a cozy sitting area and a wood-burning stove. The inviting dining area and the fully equipped kitchen are seamlessly integrated into the living area.
From the living room, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast in the summer and have a cozy barbecue in the evening. The private beach chair is a special highlight.
An oak staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200). On the same floor, you’ll find the very spacious bathroom with a shower, heated floors, and an adjoining, spacious sauna.
The lovingly furnished attic features two single beds for the children. From here, you can see all the way out to the Bodden.
House “8 Little Herring” stands out for its family-friendly amenities: from the provided children’s tableware and high chair to a small mirror in the bathroom and the reading nook in the attic. A washer and dryer offer additional convenience for families.
For anyone who values staying connected even while on vacation or simply wants to keep in touch with loved ones, the house features a fiber-optic internet connection.
This house is newly built, lovingly furnished by the owners, and has been available to our vacation guests since May 2019.
Your four-legged friends (up to one) are also welcome in the house. Bringing your pet is limited to travel periods B and C.
The initial supply of towels and bed linens, based on the number of guests, is included in the rental price.
Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. Please note that there is a shady chestnut tree on the street that overhangs the parking lot and drops chestnuts in the fall.

House was very clean, well equipped for having a wonderful vacation with family and friends. Neighborhood is also nice, lake is very close (5min walk from the house). Host are very responsive and communicative. We will come again during summer!

Gemütliches und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Im Winter war besonders die Sauna ein sehr schöner Ort. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist offen (ohne Türen) und leider sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten ein wunderbares Ferienhaus.

Tolle Betreuung, schönes Haus, tolle Ausstattung, wunderbare Betten. Fahrradweg direkt vor der Haustür, Badestelle nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Schön wars! Wir möchten gern wieder kommen.
