Nature, comfort, and relaxation await you in our comfortably furnished holiday home (123 sq m, 4 stars) overlooking the Bodstedter Bodden lagoon.

The holiday home is ideal for 2-6 people and features a large, private garden, completely renovated in early 2023.

Enjoy the spaciousness of a detached house with its 123 sq m living area, a beautiful conservatory, and a 670 sq m private garden with a sheltered southwest-facing terrace. The garden is fully fenced, ensuring your children and dogs can play safely.

Parking for two cars is available, and from 2026 onwards, a wallbox charging station for your electric vehicle will be installed.

The living room features a wood-burning stove, and the fully equipped open-plan kitchen leads to an adjoining, light-filled dining area overlooking the garden. A highchair is also provided.

Enjoy relaxing hours in our bright conservatory with underfloor heating.

There are 3 bedrooms (one with a view of the Bodden lagoon). Two bedrooms have double beds (180x200 cm), and the third has two single beds (90x200 cm) and a cot (70x140 cm). There is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub on the upper floor. A washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron are provided. Wi-Fi is available.

All windows have insect screens. The bedroom windows have blackout blinds.

The property features a large, sheltered southwest-facing terrace with garden furniture including cushions, a barbecue, and a garden shed for storing bicycles.
