The house is located in Prerow ideally located to beach, forest and Darßer Bodden in a quiet location on the West end of a spur road with no through traffic. It has an area of about 80 square meters.
The ground floor has a large living area with a high wall unit with integrated double bed with two single mattresses, a seating area with leather sofa, wicker chairs and coffee table and a flat screen TV. The living area is close with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and the usual small kitchen appliances fully equipped modern open plan kitchen and dining area in the porch. From the veranda that opens onto the sunny 20 sqm terrace made of high quality wood with garden furniture, sun umbrella and beach chair. The garden offers by surrounding it Hecke highest level of privacy. There is also a downstairs shower bath and hair dryer and washer dryer.
Upstairs there is also a living area with a high-quality wall unit with integrated double bed with two single mattresses, a seating area with leather sofa, wicker chairs and coffee table and a flat screen TV. In the living area are integrated with ceramic hob, microwave and fridge freezer and the usual small kitchen appliances fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area. In addition, there is an upstairs bedroom with two single beds and a modern bathroom with hairdryer.
In the house Internet via free Wi-Fi and calls to German landlines are included. For infants are also high chair and travel cot / cot available. Parking is located directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked in a lockable bike shed in the garden of the property. Heating and hot water supply via a fully automatic gas heating. Sehr schöne und toll ausgestattete Unterkunft in Prerow. Teppich roch die ersten Tage stark nach nassem Hund, sonst alles prima.
