Very new B&B, comfy beds and rooms, all necessary equipment is there for breakfast. Common terrace for breakfast is a plus. Bus to Venice around the corner and nice supermarket very close. Very good value for quality. Parking is great! they have a private parking behind a secure gate. You can park there from the time you checkin to the time you checkout which is very convenient (subject to extra). Last but not least: very nice young woman at reception!
The only drawback is the location, Mestre itself which is not such a nice city ... but it is really 15min ride by bus to Venice so it works great to visit Venice

We had a amazing stay at this place. The staff was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. It was also very convenient that we could park our car on a private parking spot. The room was good and functional for our short stay. Great price for the quality. Furthermore the location is perfect. With a bus stop around the corner you are within 15 min in Venice. Other than that around the place there our enough restaurants and shops.
The noise isolation is bit below average. So you should expect hearing some road noise and some sounds in the building. Nothing strange if you are used to live in a apartment.
