All clean and Aircon in that heat was more then appreciated

Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast included was decent, rooms were clean, there were no issues with extending check-out hour from 11:00 to 3PM. 24/7 convenience bar was nice.
It's a gym/fitness center with a hotel attached more than a full-on hotel, it lacked some equipment like ironing machine or slippers to walk in the room

During my stay and even before I had a couple requests that I needed to be accomodated for and it was no issue.
Flexible personal that fulfilled an extra day and also prepared an invoice well in advanced where superb.
My personal highlight was asking for an iron to staiten my shirts and getting it brought right to the room.
