BeB Palazzo Mancini

First of all the choice to stay in Minori after a few nights in Sorrento, and to use Minori as a base for 4 nights to explore the rest of the Amalfi coast was in hindsight the perfect decision for us. Small, authentic, much fewer people, lots of ferries to other places on the Amalfi, lots of good restaurants - where bookings are not usually required, great swimming beach. access to Ravello ( we recommend bus up , have lunch then and walk the track down - some 1500 steps! so wear good walking shoes) and also the easier, but recommended Walk of Lemons - between Minori and Maiori. Afterwards its very easy to get a ferry to Salerno and train anywhere - we went back to Florence on a high speed train. To top if off the Palazzo Mancinci is wonderfully positioned on the beach front, comfortable and secure. Good aircon ( essential) . Good WIFI also has a room safe. The free breakfast is a voucher to a nearby cafe for a croissant and coffee, but once there you will see they have the most amazing cake shop i have seen anywhere. so we became regulars each day! We ended up modifying our daily plans to the same: trip in the morning somewhere then back early PM to lay on the beach and swim then dinner in Minori. Rince and repeat... Perfecto!

We thought we were getting a " Balcony with sea view" from the description in our booking- but I didn't have any sea view from the room . While that was disappointing, everything else was perfect. Maybe they can alter the description to avoid others getting the same disappointment.

So close to the beach!

Nothing. It was perfect

Location was good varied eating out easy acess to ferry.beach within easy reach. Sun beds reasonably priced.

Disappointed. We had a voucher but could only get croissants and coffee or ice cream

Everything was perfect! The location was amazing, the room was beautiful and clean and the town itself was so relaxing we wished we had stayed longer. It wasn’t as busy as the neighbouring towns and we easily got boat taxis to other areas of the Amalfi coast. The breakfast included a set menu from a nearby cafe which was sufficient. The beach was also really nice and clean. Highly Recommend!!
