This apartment is just beyond our expectations 10/10 ! The host was super nice and she explained all necessary stuff in detail before our arrival. Check in and check out were super smooth. I needed to work when i was there and WiFi worked perfectly. We had a really good stay ,thank you and see you again next time

Nice appartement

Nice and calm place, fully equipped kitchen with a lot of possibilities to cook, really nice view to the sea, big garage with a lot of toys for children on the beach, nice, comfortable bedroom, nice room for children. Terrace with a lot of relaxing possibilities. For retro fans there are VHS movies for rainy days. Children-friendly equipped.

The elevator sometimes gets stuck on level -1 (as it does not completely go to the bottom, the door does not open, it's a late 1970 style elevator). By clicking the button for another level, the problem can be fixed. The stairs to the apartment are very small.

mooi appartement voor een lang of kort verblijf in De Panne.

Mooi appartement met veel lichtinval rondom. Hoewel november niet direct een maand is om op terras te zitten, gaf het ruime terras rond het appartement wel een luchtig gevoel. De aanwezigheid van een garage is op die locatie zeker een meerwaarde. Het appartement is mooi ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die man wirklich nur empfehlen kann, wenn ein 140 cm Bett okay ist.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Es wird eine ausführliche Beschreibung mit allen Infos bei Buchung via Email zugesandt. (normalerweise). Eine super ausgestattete, moderne Küche. Eine große Terrasse, mit zum Teil Meerblick. Genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Moderne begehbare Dusche. Eine eigene Garage mit Zugang zum Aufzug ist vorhanden.

Leider hat die Besitzerin versäumt, uns die Info über Zugang und Wohnungsbeschreibung zu senden. Erst kurz vor Anreise haben wir nochmal nachgefragt und die Info (140 cm Bett, ist in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt) erhalten. Da war eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich. Achtung: Das Doppelbett hat nur 140 cm Breite, es sollten schon mindesten 160 cm sein. Wir haben uns (3 Personen) dann in der Wohnung aufgeteilt. Die Toilette ist wirklich winzig (gefühlt 1 m²),. Mehr als Aufstehen geht nicht. Man konnte noch nicht mal eine Seife auf den Rand vom Mikrowaschbecken stellen. Ein Seifenspender an der Wand befestigt, könnte das WC aufwerten. Die letzte Etage ist, bedingt durch den Aufzugsantrieb in der obersten Etage, nur durch eine enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Die Info über die Kaution in der Booking.com Beschreibung (Bar) stimmt nicht. Die Kaution ist vorher zu überweisen und wird nach Abreise schnellstens zurückerstattet. Das wäre uns ,wegen der fehlenden Info, vielleicht zum Verhängnis geworden, da erst dann der Zugangscode übermittelt wird. Die Besitzerin ist bei Wohnungsübernahme nicht vor Ort.

Mooi penthouse op uitstekende locatie

De locatie is geweldig, evenals het uitzicht en het dakterras. Het is een erg mooi appartement en ook de ruime inventaris en parkeergelegenheid waren zeer fijn. In de garage staat daarnaast veel speelgoed, verschillende stepjes en een bolderkar etc. waar gebruik van gemaakt mag worden. We hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad!

Het tweepersoonsbed is aan de kleine kant en het matras vonden wij niet comfortabel. Daarnaast was het ons niet duidelijk dat de lift niet tot de bovenste verdieping gaat (mogelijk staat dit wel ergens vermeld, dat kan aan ons gelegen hebben). Je moet een smalle draaitrap nemen om bij het appartement te komen. Ook was de lift 2 dagen defect tijdens ons verblijf, dat was niet ideaal met alle bagage en een peuter maar dat kan uiteraard gebeuren. Over het algemeen waren we verder zeer te spreken over het verblijf en zouden we het aanbevelen.

La situation centrale et calme à la fois, appartement entièrement rénové, vue sur la plage et la mer, belle cuisine bien équipée, salle de séjour agréable, immense terrasse meublée donnant sur trois horizons, salle de bains agréable, meubles de rangement nombreux et pratiques, garage souterrain avec double emplacement privé et fermé, facilement accessible.

L’escalier en colimaçon étroit est l’unique accès à l’appartement à la sortie de l’ascenseur - de ce fait l’appartement n’est guère accessible à des personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité. Le transport de valises volumineuses peut poser problème. Les chambres à coucher et la toilette sont exigus. Le lit double est difficile d’accès d’un côté.

Het zicht van het appartement was fantastisch, het appartement was modern en voorzien van allerlei handige spullen: kruiden, poetsgrief, standspeelgoed, haardroger, kinderstoel, … Communicatie liep er vlot!

Het was een winderig weekend waardoor de voordeur vaak klapperde.

A ne pas manquer !

Le logement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. La mise à disposition de matériel de loisir dans le garage est un grand plus, tout comme le garage en lui-même. La vue est extraordinaire !

Avec deux enfants, le logement est relativement petit et l’escalier qui mène à l’appartement est très étroit et dangereux pour les petits. L’appartement est juste à côté de la cage d’ascenceur, du coup on l’entend monter et descendre. Il n’y a pas de chaines TV ou SmartTV, mais cela nous a permi de livre d’avantage et de jouer à des jeux de société.
