Extremely overrated and over budget.

I like the responsiveness of the owner.

It was an extremely cold. We couldnt heat up the flat, even though it was extremely small. Completely inappropriate for a family with two children; who were sleeping in cold corridor, where two pull out bunk beds were set. It can be appropriate for summer rent, but definitely wouldn’t recommend it out of season. Owner charged us extra towels and sheets, and we had to clean it almost in the way to prepare for new renters, unmade the beds, used sheets in one way, duvets in storage cases etc… we actually had the same price for two nights in Brugge in Radisson Blu hotel, that is 4 star category hotel in the center of Brugge; one of the most visited European cities in Christmas/Advent time and not in De Panne, that is not really a place to be in winter.

The location was great and the property was clean. The host was available to answer any questions.

There were extra charges for beddings (40 EUR), towels and leaving the property few hours after the check-out. The requested 200 EUR deposit on a private bank account before signing any agreement is also not a very fair and transparent solution.

Lage der Unterkunft ist Mega! Die Fotos lügen nicht. Der Vermieter auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Fragen konnten jederzeit gestellt werden. War eine schöne Zeit!

L'emplacement 💯, la vue du balcon 😍, le balcon avec la petite table pour prendre le café au matin ou l'apéro le soir 💙, la propreté, la luminosité dans la cuisine et le salon, la TV écran plat avec toutes les chaînes, la disponibilité du propriétaire.

C'est un peu embêtant et encombrant si on vient en train de devoir prendre ses propres draps ou payer un supplément pour en avoir. Quelques épices en cuisine serait sympa 😊

Un long week-end à la panne

L’emplacement du studio est idéal pour se déplacer à pieds. Le stationnement est aisé en zone verte et pas trop loin. Le propriétaire est disponible et donne toutes les informations nécessaires au séjour.

Séjour très réussi!

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. L’emplacement est très agréable. La vue est très jolie et vous êtes sur la digue en deux pas. Le studio est simple mais efficace. Mis à part quelques détails nous n’avons manqué de rien! Je recommande cet établissement 👌

Peut-être penser à un support pour les shampoings et gel douche dans la douche et pourquoi pas un grille pain.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la vue sur l esplanade et sur la mer. L appartement est très éclairé. Il ne manquait de rien. Nous avons également apprécié la propreté de l appartement. Tout était concentré dans la même pièce et pourtant nous ne nous sommes pas senti à l étroit. J y ai séjourné avec mon mari et ma maman. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Week-end d anniversaire à la panne

L emplacement, le studio pas grand mais très fonctionnel et très joli, la magnifique vue quand on est sur la terrasse , la facilité d accès, lits confortable et la correspondance facile avec le proprio.

J ai tout apprécié , je savais que je louais un studio sans place de parking mais le fait qu il faille changer toutes les 4h sa voiture de place (proche du logement )est assez contraignant..c est pour moi le seul bémol, Aussi j ai eu beaucoup de chance avec le temps , il y avait du soleil donc j ai pu aller sur la terrasse voir la mer, à l intérieur du logement , dans le fauteuil on ne la voit pas. On ne sait pas "manger " à 3 ou 4 sur la terrasse, elle est très petite mais plutôt une terrasse pour 2 personnes, 3 grands max. Idéal pour l apéro :)
