This recently renovated 1,300 square foot 3 bed / 2 bath Northern Michigan cottage is located in the heart of Harbor Springs, offering easy access (13 min walk) to both the charming downtown main street and the turquoise blue waters of Lake Michigan.
COTTAGE: The extremely efficient open floor plan can comfortably sleep and entertain up to 6 guests.

- Living room and kitchen offer a spacious open floor plan with sliding glass doors for easy deck access and a big screen smart TV with major network / cable channels (casting/streaming ready)
- The pristine kitchen includes a large island with seating for 7 people + new kitchen appliances with an INDUCTION cooktop.
- A side mudroom entrance with cubbies and hooks for sandals and towels + newer full-size washer & dryer
- A large splinter-proof deck with plush Sunbrella deck furniture, relaxing Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill
- The spacious deck offers both sunny and sheltered areas for those looking to avoid direct sun or rain, offering a lovely outdoor spot to sit even during showers
BEDROOMS: The downstairs bedroom includes a beautiful queen white four-poster bed, fresh white linens, and a luxurious linen duvet. This room is extremely cozy -- trust us. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms, one with white pine bunk beds and the other with a queen size sleigh bed and charming pitched ceiling. All beds have nice linens.
BATHROOMS: 2 updated bathrooms (larger one upstairs, smaller one downstairs), both with walk-in showers.
LOCATION & ACTIVITIES:
- Dining & Shopping: downtown Harbor Springs has coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and charming storefronts (13-minute stroll from the cottage)
- Movies: The inviting Lyric Theatre offers comfy seats, beer/wine, and popcorn for a summer movie night (13-minute walk)
- Scenic walks: Walk down the street toward town to Bluff drive to enjoy stunning views of Harbor Point and Little Traverse Bay (10-minute walk)
- Scenic drives: The Tunnel of Trees (M-119) begins in Harbor Springs, and is considered one of the most beautiful drives in the US
- Swimming: 2 public beaches within walking distance (5 and 15-minute walks)
- Kayaking & paddle boarding: 2 kayaks come with the cottage (in garage) and can be transported in your vehicle 2-minutes to Zoll beach + paddle board rentals available in town
- Public Park & Skate Park: The fun never needs to stop with frisbee, pickleball, basketball, skateboarding, or picnicking overlooking Little Traverse Bay right across the street

The most adorable cottage!! Decorated perfectly. Loved the two comfortable sofas in the living room. This makes a big difference when 4 people are sitting around relaxing. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Go on a short walk around the block and find your self walking on the bluff overlooking the lake by many gorgeous historic homes!! What a treat. The stairs are a little tricky as they are not deep and fairly steep so don’t put your people with knee problems upstairs. The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

This was our third year staying at Pine Corner Cottage, and it was as wonderful as always!! The location, cottage amenities, easy check-in/out, coziness, and communication of the owners is all perfect. We are already looking forward to our family vacation at Pine Corner Cottage next summer!
