Cottage 304 is a cozy, new construction, 2 bedroom house where you’ll feel right at home during your stay. No need to trailer your ATVs! We’re located just 1 mile from the Bearwallow trail of the Hatfield McCoy trails. Enjoy evenings grilling your favorite meal on our park-style grill or relaxing by the fire pit. I was grateful for the availability so I could visit my son starting rotations at the local hospital. Great spot if you have a vehicle, but not very walkable to local restaurants/shops without sidewalks. Very clean and good communication with the property management. Would recommend this rental to others.

Great location for trail access. Enough parking for truck and trailer. Everything was very clean. A/C works very well. Comfortable place to relax after a long day of riding.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at cottage 304. Everything we needed to feel at home was available. We enjoyed being able to drive our four wheeler through the town of Logan. We felt safe and everyone was very helpful and friendly.
