The pictures are accurate, however both couches need support or replaced. Everything was clean tho. The kitchen pots & pans are very minimal. Utensils are on the low side. My husband, myself& my 12 yr old son stayed here. We had to wash dishes every night as there wouldnt be enough Utensils for the next day. No salt or spices. Tho it was better than spending money to eat out every night. There was not any dish soap or dishwasher pods until the next morning. We checked in a little after 4pm on Thursday, brought our stuff inside, made a quick dinner &relaxed after driving for 7 hrs. When we got up to explore the area friday morning, came back late afternoon I noticed there were cleaning supplies on the counter that were not there when we checked in thursday or b4 we left in A.M. There were a few things I messaged the owner/host about just to let him know, it didn't deterr us from staying there or anything. Just figured he may want to know so I informed him. I never heard back from him at all. The entry code worked no issue. The password for the wifi is not what was sent to me. Its all located on the actual wifi box tho. The washer& dryer were great to have. There weren't instructions on what I was suppose to do clean up wise before I checked out so I at least washed the towels,cloths n dishes we had used and dried them. I bagged up our trash &left it by the front door as we couldn't locate an outdoor can. Better than all the negative reviews. Maybe im just not picky.

Stayed with family of 6. Nice place, very clean. Was able to park in garage which was nice. Only downside was that internet didn't work (some network/password miscommunication) and property manager didn't reply with new login info till after we'd left the following day. That was hard with teenagers, but otherwise, good stay.

Cleaning crew does not do a good job, best treatment we got was from the contractor who came to fix the air conditioner (iced over from ground to second floor, plus filters that hadn't been changed in a long time). The master bed was AWFUL. Very rickety and not supportive at all. So uncomfortable. Same for the double bed. A better choice would have been to keep an older washer and dryer (way too many settings, bluetooth connection, etc) and replaced the mattresses in those two rooms instead. The deck is horribly unsafe with broken boards. The living room couches were similarly unsupportive and need replacing. There may be a broken chair with the dining set. We had to purchase light bulbs and batteries in order to watch any TV in the house, and to have light in the stairwell or at the dining table. Light fixture at dining table is very low--multiple people in our party hit their heads when standing back up. Finally it was challenging to get in touch with anyone about these multiple issues, so we had to contact VRBO, the property management company, and the owner multiple times.
