Excellent stay

Property perfect for our family of 5 adults. Clean, warm and well equipped. Excellent communication with owner prior to and during stay. Despite late arrival, due to flight delay, we were met and welcomed at property. Location fairly close to Pila and ski lifts, short drive or manageable walk.

The apartment was perfect for our family group , it was much bigger then we expected and was very well equipped . The location was perfect with Pila only 1k away , so great for shops , bars and ski slope . Marco was very helpful when we booked and gave us all the information we needed . I would highly recommend this apartment , it was warm , comfortable with fabulous views and great value for money .

A lovely, well maintain and well equipped apartment. We were a family of four, the apartment provided everything we needed and the kids loved the outside space to play in the snow. The views were amazing and although a short drive to the ski lifts parking is really easy. Marco, the owner, could not have been more helpful, would recommend, we will be returning.

Our stay in Pila was very pleasant. Although we were quite a large number of persons (4 kids and 5 adults) we didn't feel that apartment would be small for us. Owner of the house was very helpful providing us with all the necessary practical information about Pila and surrounding area. Significant advantage - during the working week the skiing area was not crowded and skiing conditions were very good. Kids attended excellent Pila sci-school and were very satisfied.

"This apartment is beautifully situated close to main gondola station in Pila. It is well-appointed and has all the essentials for a stay in the Aosta Valley. We were there for a week of skiing in Pila and we couldn''t have hoped for a better location. The apartment was much larger than the photographs suggested so we got a great surprise when we saw it. It was fresh and clean catered for all our needs. The woodchip burner was a great warming feature after a days skiing! We were lucky enough to be there for the festival of Saint Orso, a fair celebrating local artisans work which I would definitely recommend. The owners were very accommodating, meeting us in Aosta and driving up to Pila when we arrived late in the evening. This is great value for money and myself and my 4 friend would wholeheartedly recommend it."

L~appartamento corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto anzi, migliore. Il proprietario Marco, gentile e premuroso. Luoghi e dintorni spettacolari, il tutto accompagnato da bel tempo e clima ottimale.

Geweldig uitzicht vanuit vakantiewoning. Enig minpunt was voor ons de boilergrootte: 3 a 4 personen douchen. Wij waren met 6 personen maar was al te weinig en huis is geschikt voor nog meer personen... Er was geen vaatwasser dus je had ook nog warm water nodig voor de afwas te doen. Verder superfijne vakantieplek voor ons.

La palazzina é comodamente raggiungibile dalla strada che porta a Pila. Posto auto a disposizione sotto casa. Il proprietario é molto gentile e disponibile. Gli impianti di risalita sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. Ideale per una bella vacanza all’insegna del relax e del divertimento. Arrivederci a presto!

Très bel appartement et bien aménagé (c'est vrai qu'il manque une bouilloire :-) ). Bonne literie, oreillers et couettes. Très propre. Propriétaire attentionné et arrangeant. Conforme aux photos et description. Attention il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour les personnes qui ne skient pas ou débutants. Accès aux pistes en ski et retour en ski tout à fait faisable lorsqu'il y a de la neige (pas pour les débutants). Nombreuses marches pour accéder à l'appartement. Nous le recommandons et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Great apartment in a great location

Marco was very quick to answer any questions (both on email and on the telephone) before we booked the apartment, gave us great directions and also met us at 1am when we arrived showing us around and giving us loads of info! Marco also checked on us a couple of times through our weeks stay making sure everything was OK which was a lovely touch!!! The apartment was absolutely beautiful - exactly as described - very clean with lovely fluffy towels and great thick duvets and crisp bedding. There was also a well equipped kitchen, although a kettle and toaster would have been welcomed, but we managed!!! We controlled the heating levels and there was a lovely burner which was great to switch on when we came back from a days skiing! The location was fab - just 1 km from the ski resort of Pila and Marco gave us great info on the ski passes/ski schools etc. We hired a car so drove each day to the ski resort and also a couple of times down to Aosta Valley(16km away) to get our food shopping for the week - mainly at a Lidl!!! The roads were always clear - they work hard to ensure there is no problems with icy/snowy roads. We had a great weeks skiing - and my youngest son loved the huge garden of the apartment playing in the snow - especially as loads of snow had fallen just before we arrived! Pila as a ski resort was very friendly and great for all levels of skiers. We enjoyed a couple of lunches up the mountain in a cafe in the sun. The views were amazing often having mountains with a blue sky background 360 degrees around us!!! Will definitely return to Pila and to this accommodation the next time we go skiing so thank you Marco and family for sharing your apartment and the fabulous service you offered - you really made our first family skiiing holiday a real success.

L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble surplombant la route de Pila. Il ne faut que 10 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre le parking et accéder aux pistes. L'appartement est très agréable, la vue sur la vallée est magnifique. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants (de moins de 6 ans).

L'appartement et confortable bien agencé et très lumineux. Il est proche de la station du Pila et il est vrai que l'on peu redescendre en skis depuis les pistes, jusqu'à l'appartement (nous l'avons testés) La vue nocturne sur Aoste et magnifique. Une bonne adresse pour passer quelques jours. Cependant Il manque quelques petites choses pratiques dans l'appartement pour que le séjour soit agréable. Une ou deux lampes de chevet, et une cuisine à peine plus équipée surtout quand on commence à être une famille de 5. Mais je sais que tout cela va y être remédié, car nous en avons parlé avec la propriétaire qui est fort sympathique et très à l'écoute.

"Buona posizione, a 5 min di macchina dagli impianti di Pila, app tranquillo e app ristrutturato, unico neo..poca acqua calda, e un po'' freschino, forse perchè siamo stati i primi inquilini dopo parecchio tempo di chiusura per i lavori di ristrutturazione, molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari. Impianti sciistici molto belli e poco affollati malgrado le vacanze di carnevale!"
