Nice and comfy, need a car to go anywhere, sits on a trafficked road

Spacious and well equipped, with decent sized bathroom, kitchen and sofa. Perfect for a family that needs space. Location is well connected with a car as you can reach everywhere quite easily. Large supermakets are very close, and Aosta gondola is 15 mins by car. Overall works very well

Location is a bit out of town, need a car to go anywhere, sits on the highway which is a bit noisy (though the rooms are well insulated so the noise is almost none), it is a large building with multiple apartments rented out to tourists and we had noisy neighbors that woke us up at night a couple of times. Overall works well, just because of its location on a highway loses a bit of the mountain charm, as you can’t really walk to anything nice like a fancy high street. Overall good

Spacious apartment with private parking.

We liked how spacious was this apartment. We were family of and we had enough space. Apartment is situated next to the main road and it enables you to make trips to see Mont Blanc, Matterhorn from Italian side or Lilaz waterfalls or St. Bernard Pass.

This accomodation definitely needs more cutlery - knives, forks and spoons, more pots and pans for cooking.

Superb

It is not a perfect apartment, but it was perfect for us. We are a family with 4 children, and what we need most are an apartment that is large enough, a good air conditioning and a good washing machine, and of course a responsive owner. This apartment has all of the above. You can feel that the owners thought about all the little ditails that make you feel like home. The kitchen was very comfortable. There was a convinient place to hang the laundry, there is air conditioning in all bedrooms. We stayed there for 10 nights and never slept and cooked better in a rented apartment :)

Water pressure in the shower is very very low. Hard to wash the shampoo! We got parking number 1, which is basically inside a bush. Got covered with small insects every time we tried to enter the car. But also those 2 things sound bad, I will say again that our overall experience was very good

Perfect!

Top notch property with most of the facilities.Clean and well managed.I lover my stay here in Aosta and this apartment was the highlight of my holiday:). The only thing i regret is that the property owner had told us about the washing machine location at check in, which lies somewhere outside the apartment.

It was good stay for us.

It is a nice apartment and spacious enough for 6 adults. Its located on the highway and the host was very responsive to queries. It was very clean apartment and parking was very convenient.

Could have some wine glasses. The bathroom door had a broken lock that required quite some trials to get to lock the door. Maison Maurice could have had better network and wifi.

Strategic position for visiting Valle d’Aosta

Spacious accommodation within easy walking distance of restaurants. Range of supermarkets just a few minutes in the car. The pizzeria WE TIP is especially good and practically next door. Our terrace looked onto the internal courtyard which we were glad about.

Not really anywhere to take the dog for a quick pee. Pretty built up area without so much as a public grass verge.

Double mattress was not very comfortable Balcony was a little bit risky for kids and dog as was opened in one side very close to the street but it was anyway at ground floor

Bellissima vacanza sulla neve.

Struttura pulita, proprietaria gentilissima pronta a rispondere tempestivamente alle richieste anche durante il soggiorno. Le foto rispecchiano pienamente gli spazi ed i servizi offerti. C’è tutto l’occorrente. La posizione è a pochi minuti da Aosta (noi dovevamo raggiungere la telecabina per Pila) , c’è il posto macchina sotto casa e vicina a diversi supermercati. Per una famiglia è l’ideale.

Weekend a Pila

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso. Anche il bagno grande. Molto comodo il parcheggio.

Copio da altre recensioni: un po' di sale e olio non guasterebbero. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido con il pagamento, colpa la poca chiarezza nella fase di prenotazione. Abbiamo però risolto in una mezz'ora

Piacevole soggiorno in appartamento cappottato.

Posizione strategica, sulla strada provinciale, immobile ristrutturato negli ultimi anni con cappotto, ventilazione controllata e serramenti con doppio vetro in pvc (rumori dalla strada più che accettabili, quasi impercettibili). Buon comfort abitativo interno. Essendo un appartamento dove si può cucinare, a 5 minuti di strada ci sono 2 supermercati ed 1 farmacia all occorrenza. Cucina dotata di pentolame e vettovaglie adatte per le persone ospitanti l appartamento. Raccolta rifiuti differenziata. Parcheggio riservato per ogni appartamento. Host molto disponibile. Consigliato anche a famiglie, appartamento dotato di spazi adeguati a famiglie con bambini.

Non vi sono elementi negativi. L'unica cosa (ma non dipende dalla struttura) è che il sole arriva in maniera diretta alle 11. Ma è una questione morfologica di tutta la zona di Sarre e forse più estesa. Ma l immobile è ben isolato e d inverno si sta molto bene.

Appartamento ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort. La titolare è stata molto gentile e accogliente. Parcheggio sotto casa. L appartsi trova sulla strada per Courmayeur a soli 5 minuti di auto da Aosta.

Vacanza con la zia

Appartamento spazioso, piano terra, cucina fornitissima, macchina caffè con cialde, microonde, grande frigo, molti utensili. Aria condizionata utilissima perché essendo piano strada non si può dormire con le finestre aperte. Bagno grande con box doccia ampio. Vicinissimo ad un ottimo ristorante, uno dei migliori in zona.

Mooi ruim appartement in de buurt van Aosta

Prima appartement net buiten Aosta. Het appartement is erg ruim en heeft een groot balkon. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig.

Vanaf 6 uur 's ochtends begint een nabijgelegen kerk enthousiast de klokken te luiden, elk uur de tijd en elk kwartier een herinnering dat een kwartier voorbij is. Het heeft een paar dagen geduurd voordat we daaraan gewend waren. De weg voor het complex is wel druk. Het kost geduld om deze veilig op te kunnen rijden.

Krásný výlet do Aosty

Prostorný byt, pohodlně zařízený hodně úložných prostorů. Perfektní klimatizace. Dobrá poloha na výlety i na návštěvu Aosty.

Byt byl hned vedle hlavní silnice v noci jezdí kolem kamióny, ale okna jsou docela dobře odhlučněná, větrat se nedá, chlazení bytu obstará perfektní klimatizace. Chybí myčka na nádobí, hůře vybavená kuchyně, nejsou ostré nože, misky na snídaně.

Abbiamo alloggiato con i miei amici in due appartamenti, entrambi comodi per 5-6 persone. Personale disponibile e cortese per qualsiasi richiesta. Qualità/prezzo ottima.

Se devo trovare una pecca, è un’unico bagno da usare in 6.
