All round great value, comfortable stay in a great location. A very good option for a stop over.

Easy to find, easy/free parking/great views, good for pets, warm, comfy beds, all we needed to cook a nice dinner, good shower, everything very clean, warm welcome.

Great! confortable, amazing garden and beautiful view of the Aoste Valley. Would go there again.

There are hardly any convenience store / restaurants nearby, nor is it easily accessible by public transport. But that hasn't been a problem. The host warned us before hand and gave us a detailed list of where we could buy everyday item, recommendations for restaurants and activities.

The space is pretty with the botanical garden. The room is new and comfortable.

No air conditioner and a bit noisy so didn't sleep as well as I would like because had to leave the window open. Got bitten by mosquitos because there is no net on the window.

perfect relaxing stay

very authentic place with superb views of the Alps. It is surrounded by a great landscaped garden. The kitchen is well equipped. Our apartment had two bathrooms. A big plus. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, gave us plenty useful tips about the area.

The pillows were on the soft and slim side. Everything else was perfect

Breathtaking accommodation in one of the most stunning parts of Italy

All I can say is 'Wow!' From the moment we arrived and were greeted by host Gianni, we were blown away. The location is breathtaking! The accommodation is fantastic, such attention to detail and everything finished to a high quality. We would stay here again, for longer and we would recommend this hidden gem to everyone!

Highly recommended stay

The place is new and was perfectly clean. The location is close to Aosta and easily reached by car. Gianni is an excellent host and will give you many tips on where to visit. The apartments are surrounded by a lovely garden where you can stay enjoying the stunning view of the mountains. Highly recommended place. Thank you Gianni :-)

Host Gianni went above and beyond. His professionalism, attention to detail and local knowledge is outstanding. The layout of the room (eg placement/ adequate number of charging points, segmentation of living space - living room, bed rooms) is well thought out. Appliances/Bedding/Furnishing used is of high quality. Fully equipped kitchen (chopping board, pots and pans,bottle opener, knifes, cutlery,induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, decent size fridge and freezer, there's even a colander, orange press!). Water pressure is strong, don't have to worry about the shortage of hot water. Sound insulation between rooms is super. Amazing mountain/City view, serenity. An excellent break away from the bustling city life.

A charming alpine albergo diffuso, ideal for a stop over or a winter/summer holiday

I loved everything about this place. Welcoming helpful host, stunning views over Aosta and Mount Emilius, and unique individual period units on two floors, restored with taste, balancing sustainability with comfort. My only regret is that we did not stay long enough!

it’s a bit remote, so not very suitable for public transport, but no problem at all with a far, 5 minutes to Aosta

Totally worth it and recommended.

The owner is extremely welcoming. The house itself is just as good as it is shown on the page. Clean, bright, and fully furnished even the dishwasher is included while not being mentioned. Let alone the amazing view from the yard.

One tiny problem could be the sound caused by other guests living upstairs if they got back at midnight.

Accoglienza e vista super!

L’intera struttura è nuovissima, molto curata sia all’interno che all’esterno. I posti auto comodissimi, e lo stesso vale per i servizi all’interno dell’alloggio (lavastoviglie, tv, internet, riscaldamento). Il bagno è enorme, e le camere spaziose con prese usb accanto al letto. La vista sulla vallata innevata poi la rende speciale!

La zona giorno è un po’ piccina per 4 adulti e due bambini, e gli armadi avevano solo spazio per appendere e non ripiani. Ma comunque torneremmo!

Staff eccellente. Abbiamo sbagliato camera ma il titolare ha risolto per noi il problema. Gentilissimo. Collaborativo. Le camere sono bellissime. C’è tutto il necessario, dal caffè all’olio!

Un poco scomodo il divano letto. Ma per il resto è tutto perfetto. Ci sono molte scale da fare per raggiungere alcune stanze se qualcuno ha difficoltà a salire.

Gianni persona bravissima e disponibile! Ci ha accolti, ci ha fatto vedere l’intera struttura mentre ci raccontava la storia! Ci ha fatto vedere l’appartamento (eravamo in 4) ed è entrato addirittura con le protezioni per le scarpe! Ci ha consigliato tantissimi posti dove poter andare e mangiare! L’appartamento dispone di tutto il necessario ed è troppo bello e comodo, vista meravigliosa! Prossima volta ad Aosta, assolutamente da Gianni!
