Signature Suite - "Hiver" Aosta City Center

The apartment was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable.

Firstly, the instructions given were only in Italian. I had to translate with Google. The instruction of how to collect the keys and enter the apartment were very bad. There was meant to be a link to a video to show where to find the keys and how to enter the apartment but the link did not work. We wasted an hour trying to get in with the help of neighbours. I messaged the hosts via Whatsapp and the booking.com app and they did not reply until hours later. Secondly, the shower enclosure is dirty and in bad repair but the shower itself is good. Thirdly, there is no curtain or blinds on one window and on a couple of occasions passers by were looking in the window. I had to hang a towel on the outside windows cage for privacy. The blind on the second windows will not stay up and you have to leave it permanently closed. Other guests have pointed these things out and nothing has been done about them.
