La localisation de l’appartement est excellente et privative avec accès privé à la plage de Havana. La moitié de la maison est encore en finalisation intérieure. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la propriété. Super spot privatif.
Au vu de la construction moderne, un peu dommage que les meubles soient un peu anciens et pas au niveau de l’extérieur. Pas de Climatisation dans la chambre. L’électricité s’enclenche via carte magnétique avec clé de l’appartement soudé . En absence toute l’électricité est coupée ce qui peut être un problème lors d’un long séjour. Je recommande de découpler les les de l’appartement et la carte magnétique afin d’améliorer la situation.

The location was stunning. The property was clean and well equipped.. The owner responded well to problems.
The property was a studio apartment and not a house as described on the site. No proper towels the first week so I had to buy one. Builders began work on the property at 8.30 each morning for my second week. Nobody was there to take the key on my departure so property was left open.
