The views are amazing! Kitchen has everything you need. Great bbq. It’s about a 10/15min walk to the local beach called havania, with a lovely man running it. Also a very nice family run taverna opposite the beach. But the walk back up the hill is a killer! But a good workout!
The pool was clean and outdoor eating was great. We had many bbqs. Loved the piano!the sofa was comfortable and nice to have a great big tv!
We will be back!

2 sun beds need replacing as ripped.

The location is excelent for the view and the fact that you can either go in Elounda or Agios Nikolaos, both are very near. Is very private and in the same time you still have few houses around. Amazing house design. For us really felt like home for the days we stayed there: very clean in and out, huge TV (can stay on Netflix or YouTube ), good internet , very good AC, lots of kitchenware if you like cooking at the place, few options to sit outside and few amazing views.

Superb Villa on the hill !!
The pool is excellent.
Many towels for the bathing and for the pool.
Spacious and great view to the bay.
Fully equipped kitchen where you cook anything you want, and with more than enough cutlery, plates and serving dishes.
4 nice bedrooms with 3 single beds and 2 double beds.
The host Lydia is available all the time
