Relaxation 😌 quiet place
Change of venue I was going to stay at Kwantu 1 but last hour I had to stay at Kwantu 3 as much it was ok there things I couldn't do there like cooking at the kitchen cause at 3 its not meant for that

Breakfast was fine
The establishment' s communication needs to improve. On my first day I did not know where to go, there were renovations right at the Reception Area and there was no one mending the Reception Area. I had requested an earlier check-in as my flight was earlier than the usual check-in time, this was consented to. However, to my surprise, when I got there I was told all the rooms are not ready. After so much persistence on my end, they eventually let me utilise one of the rooms in order for me to change for my meeting.
When I got back to the room later in the afternoon, the room was full of flying insects. As I was about to go out in the evening I requested that they spray my room and leave an insecticide so that when I get back it would be better.
Upon my return, there was no insecticide, I could visibly see the small mosquitos when I switched on the light.
The following morning had an online meeting in my room, the place was so noisy with construction workers talking loudly, I had to keep apologizing in my meeting for the background noise.
When I eventually went down for breakfast, the waitress told me what I would have, without any options. I asked if I could have an alternative, she told me that is the set menu for that day. I was not even asked the previous night what I would like to have for breakfast.
