The location is nice and quiet, close to the public beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are near. The best ones are down town. So, you need a car to get there.
Communication with the owners was easy. They are friendly, reply immediately and call you back. There had been a technical issue in our room: the response was quick, and the situation got resolved. The bed was comfortable, we really slept well. The washing machine was very handy!
Pay attention to the waste disposal rules - they are written on a sticker in the kitchen, only in Italian, and are not easy to understand. If you miss the pick up day, you can bring your waste to the Ecocentre in Cannigione but be ready to have arguments with its staff.
Before the trip I saw the comments about the size of the shower - it is small indeed, no more than 1x1m. If you are taller than 1.7 and weight more than 60kg, you might not fit it.
Mold in the bedroom closet - you can't see it but the smell is very strong. We didn't use it and stored our clothes elsewhere.
The fridge door wouldn't close properly - we propped it with a chair.
Ensure you lock the terrace windows well if you're staying on the ground floor.

Spacious, quiet house with amazing bay views, a very comfortable bed, and a great location close to the beach and town. The charming garden was a wonderful spot to enjoy our meals and relax.
A few amenities were missing, including hand soap in the bathroom, wine glasses and coffee supplies (some were provided when we asked). The living room lighting was quite harsh, with only bright fluorescent-style lights and no softer lamps for a more relaxing atmosphere. The TV was also relatively small and positioned quite far from the sofa. A minor drawback was the very strong fragrance from the scent diffusers, which may be overwhelming for guests sensitive to artificial scents.

La relación calidad-precio del apartamento era muy buena estaba situado a diez minutos en coche del centro de Cannigione. Ideal para visitar la costa Esmeralda. La casa era muy bonita y tenía jardín. Respuesta rápida de la anfitrión.
No hay piscina. En el anuncio se apreciaba una y parecía que podíamos tener acceso a la piscina, lo que finalmente no ocurrió.
Creo que se podría mejorar la exactitud del anuncio, el resto muy buena experiencia
