The property had a nice outlook and was well equipped.

The outside bedroom needs air conditioning and a toilet seat and the outside area could do with more shade in the summer. The property is a bit further from the beach than mentioned

Cannigione is a lovely setting with some great beaches. This is a lovely refurbished house, an original before the appearance of the modern day chalets.The views from the terrace towards La Maddalena are quite breathtaking given it is at the highest part of Cannigione..The surrounding area is very peaceful with cacti and olive trees, only one neighbour in the lower part of the house and another hidden in an adjacent finca. The house is simple, spacious and clean with all amenities covered. There is an exterior bedroom with bathroom on the terrace with its own key which is also advantageous for larger parties. The whole house therefore sleeps six comfortably. A sofabed sleeps a further two. The house takes recycling seriously. The washing machine makes life easier, especially if you have kids. Anna Maria speaks Italian and Spanish and was very helpful.

The steep dirt road up to the house is only about 200m but is a little unnverving at first and takes some getting used to! But the views and peace are worth the slope.
