Large, cosy, comfortable terraced house. 2 km from the centre of Cannigione, on a slope, residential area (villas), 450 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. 40 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar 450 m, bus stop "Laconia Via Monticorru 33" 250 m, sandy beach "La Conia" 450 m. Marina 2 km. Nearby attractions: Arzachena 9 km, Palau 13 km, Baia Sardinia 14 km, Porto Cervo 20 km, Olbia 30 km. Please note: car recommended.
