Terrace & Sea View - walk to beach and village

El departamento precioso, amplio, cómodo, limpio, Simona fue muy amable, nos dio buenos datos para hacer, la barbacoa de la terraza no funciona eso fue el único detalle todo lo demás espectacular, volveremos seguro!

Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause: gemütlich, bequem, Parking vor dem Tür, super Küche falls jemand was kochen will, gibt es alles was man braucht. Sehr zum empfehlen.

Sadly, we didn't have a great experience and write this to inform other families. The description is very misleading and the photos edit out the adjacent supermarket which can be noisy. The balcony looks out over it's car park. The apartment is fine in ways and Cannigione has some good restaurants. The beaches nearby are good, but everything from sunbeds to snacks are heavily overpriced. We chose the apartment as it was advertised as 'ideal for families', but we found it is managed to outweigh the needs of the owners, before the needs of guests, and the facilities always fell short of making it ideal in anyway. A combination of many little things made living there harder than being at home and less of a holiday. Thankfully we had a 2nd week booked elsewhere, which made up for the disappointment, but also reinforced how low the standard was in Cannigione. 2 equally priced apartments, 2 vastly different experiences, especially for the kids. We were happy to leave, but to add insult to injury, within 1 hour of leaving, an unfriendly email and fine for €50 was sent for leaving recycling behind. Apparently, a house rule is to take ALL your rubbish with you. They state bins are nearby, but there certainly are not and no directions are given. We had cleaned respectfully and put the organic waste out, as per the daily instructions. My wife even carried a bin liner with it's stinking contents on her knee until we found somewhere we could deposit it. All we left was clean recycling and paper as we thought this reasonable. Nothing that would smell. The reason given for the fine was: "The waste must now be taken to a waste disposal point, which is very time-consuming." So why not use the bins nearby? Because they don't exist. This cynical policy should be reviewed for future guests. Overall we found it grossly overpriced. This list should be addressed to make even a slight improvement, but it still wouldn't be worth the money. We requested a high chair. It was forgotten and not provided for 24 hrs. No linen provided for the cot. 2 irons. 1 doesn't work, another leaks. No ironing board. 2 hairdryers. 1 doesn't work, the other is filthy and sticky. The wifi doesn't work. No dishwasher as advertised. No drainer for washing up. The water is dangerously hot and children must be supervised when using any tap. No cleaning products provided. BBQ doesn’t work. Cool boxes dirty with old beer cans inside. We wouldn't return.
