This is a clean cozy condo located a block and half from Morey Pier Boardwalk and the beach. Close to AMUSEMENT park and shopping. Close to lots of restaurants, churches, sport activities and more. Summer Friday night fireworks on boardwalk.
The condo is on the third floor end unit, with newly renovated pool view, No elevator on premises. It has a full kitchen with granite counter top. Bedroom 2 queens size beds, living room Full size sofa. Eat in Kitchen area. 1 bath, blow dryer included. A/C unit and 3 ceiling fans. Deck/patio w/ 2 grills. 1 covered parking space 301. NO PETS ALLOWED, NO Smoking allowed in room or on premises. Towels and Linens Not included. App operated laundry room on premises. 0utside shower WIFI IS AVAILABLE .PROPERTY HAS OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS FOR YOUR SAFETY.
