Searay - Motel

What I liked about the property was the outside and inside of the facility was clean/ trash and debris free. The room was very clean and neat. Kitchen setup clean bathroom. Rooms smells fresh. Very nice.

I almost passed this by online until I read the reviews. It is a very old motel, so I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as my husband and I did. The reviews of cleanliness and the friendly, accommodating nature of Patel, the female manager, along with the great price made me want to give it a try. Boy, were we pleased we did. The furnishings are modest, so if that is not a priority for you, the location, cleanliness, ocean and boardwalk view more than make up for it. We stayed in the oceanfront suite and enjoyed the huge terrace with lounge chairs and table with umbrella. When we were at the motel we sat out there and enjoyed people watching. Our beds were comfortable, the two A/Cs kept the place nice and cold. The fridge was large enough to hold all our drinks and food, and we cooked some meals on the 2-burner stove. Bathroom is small, but has a tub/shower combo. There is a medicine cabinet to hold your necessities and under the sink has room for other things if you need it. “Patel” as she calls herself by her last name, is an absolute doll. Fun to talk to and very quick to help you when you need something. She really made our stay that much more enjoyable and we look forward to going back. Thanks for everything!

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and Patel was super helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the location was perfect: right across from the beach!

The location is perfect: super quiet and right on the oceanfront. Miss Patel was amazing, super cute, and very accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and accommodated us when we asked to change rooms.
