Only one block from beach, boardwalk and downtown restaurants, shops and various activities., not to mention locating right in the center of the two most famous Morey's beach front water parks: Raging Waters Waterpark and Ocean Oasis Waterpark. This cute, clean, freshly painted condo unit offers full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a Queens and a Full bed and a dining/living room with a twin-size futon at the heart of Wildwood.
It is a perfect home for your family vacation. Kitchen has fridge, oven, microwave, and anything you need for family meals preparations. Coffee maker and bread toaster are also provided. Open floor plan for kitchen-living enhances family togetherness.
It is also place for your relaxation and getaway. Rightsized, neat, and quiet bedrooms have window ACs and heats. Locating at third floor facing south east, a private covered deck provides family gathering space with ocean in sight and from there family and friends can enjoy Friday night firework during summer season together.
One free parking in condo's parking lot. The parking space can accommodate a standard car, SUV, or standard-size pickup truck. Oversized vehicles may not fit(no more than 18 feet in length).
Please note that the condo is located on the third floor, and the main entrance and fire escape stairways in the parking lot are narrow.
You need to bring your own bedsheets, pillow case cover and towels.

Please note that a neighbor who lives on a different floor has a large dog. The dog is not outside all the time, but guests may occasionally see or hear him in the parking lot. While many guests enjoy dogs, some visitors—especially those who are not accustomed to larger dogs—may feel uneasy. Property owner gave great instructions on how to get in, where to park and location. The location of the house is great, an easy 1/2 block walk to the boardwalk and a nice neighborhood. We were in close proximity to many restaurants, however since we were there after Labor Day many were closed (poor planning on our part). It was very peaceful and relaxing which is what we really wanted. Property was a bit small but very clean. The window ac units worked well for this time of year but may have difficulty keeping up when it’s really hot outside. The only issue for us was that both the front and back steps are very narrow and steep. The owner did mention that prior to our arrival but for us this made things difficult with luggage and groceries. This may not be an issue for younger folks. Just know it’s a 3rd floor unit and steps cannot be avoided so pack light!Main living area could use a more comfy couch and perhaps TVs in the bedroom. There were lots of pots/pans, condiments, coffee, paper products for use. Waters in the fridge. Overall our stay was good aside from the steps. We did leave a day early because the steps just became too much. However the property owner was very understanding and refunded us for the night we didn’t stay.There are beds to sleep 4-5 people but unit is very tiny so more than 2 would be tight. This property is perfect for a younger couple with no children.

We had a wonderful trip to Wildwood and a great stay! This apartment was so clean and nice and was close to everything. Only a couple minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, and an easy 20 minute drive to Cape May. You can also easily walk to all restaurants and have a great view of the Friday night fireworks. Would definitely stay again!
