About this villa rental
This uniquely designed home showcases the true meaning of Costa Rica. Utilizing the "according" style glass doors across the pool-side lenght of the house, all the sun light and ontdoors can be enjoyed. Windows in all rooms allow plenty of the outside "in".
We prefer to leave our guest to their privacy but are always available and close by for your needs. Just call or send a message with any questions or requests.
Safe and quiet neighborhood with many friendly neighbors. A quick drive to La Sirena at Playa Esterillos Oeste and you can enjoy the tide pools at low tide and watch the mermaid perch above the waves at high tide.
No expense was spared in the building, furnishings, design this contemporary archetecture. This villa is ver private surrounded by 10ft high concrete walls. Since Costa Rica is renowned for its diverse nature, our guest will enjoy the large "rancho" adjoining the pool area. The large mango and other fruit bearing trees attract all species of birds including scarlet macaws, green parrotts and an ooccasional toucan.
At Villa Luna Nueva we wish our guests to have the best accomodations for their costa rican experience. Located 20 minutes south of Jaco and 1 hour to Manuel Antonio National Park. The villa is less than 3/4 mile from the ocean beaches and many fino restaurants. In the evenings you can relax by the pool, watch the stars and hear the waves grace the shore.
A car is recommended but there is a bus stop just outside the neighborhood. A walk to the beach is only about 1.5 km
The house consist of two large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in cascade showers. The large great room includes large dining table with seating for six, a comfortable dual recliner, full service television with cable both in the great-room and both bedrooms.
A different design in this great room has a separation provided by a three-quarter wall which can be used as a reading room or game room. Also, this could be a comfortable third bedroom with the air mattress provided. There is ample privacy due to this design. An outside door also allows pool access and use of the third full bathroom outside with an additional outside shower.
The full service kitchen provides ample room for meal prep, complete with microwave and convection countertop oven. Adjoining to kitchen is a washer/ dryer combination and two bay laundry sink wioth access to the outside garage.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
