This beautiful jungle-beach surf home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a
fully equipped indoor kitchen and an additional outdoor kitchen and entertaining area
complete with a private pool. The newly renovated patio is spacious and designed for
families or groups to unwind together in comfort and style.


We give our guests plenty of privacy to relax and enjoy the pura vida lifestyle, but we’re
always close by and happy to help! If you need recommendations for local adventures,
help spotting wildlife, or assistance with anything in the home, we’re just a message
away via Airbnb. Whether it’s your first time in Costa Rica or your tenth,
we’re here to make your stay unforgettable.

The neighborhood is a gated community with a guard. Step outside and you're just
minutes away from everything you could want—pristine beaches, vibrant local shops,
and an incredible variety of restaurants that will keep your taste buds dancing. Whether
you're in the mood for authentic Costa Rican casados, fresh-off-the-boat seafood,
stone-fired pizza, handmade Italian pasta, or amazing coffee and pastries, it’s all within
a 3- to 15-minute drive (or some walkable, if you are up for a scenic stroll!).
And when the sun sets, the fun doesn’t stop. The area offers lively beach bars, karaoke
nights, and occasional live music and local bands, giving you a taste of the region’s
vibrant nightlife.

Guests have access to the entire property including the laundry room in the
outside bodaga with the exception of two small inside bodagas downstairs where we
keep supplies.

thoughtful touches throughout. The upstairs master suite opens onto a private balcony
overlooking lush jungle hills—ideal for reading, yoga, or stargazing. Whether you are here
to surf, explore, or simply unwind, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and
adventure.

The home is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach—less than 15 mins
by foot. Most guests find it easiest to get around by rental car, especially for exploring
nearby towns, waterfalls, and local restaurants. There’s free parking on the property and
can accommodate 2-3 vehicles.
The nearest bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away and offers routes to Jaco,
Quepos, and San José.

Wildlife sightings (monkeys, toucans, sloths) are common—observe and be
careful! Enjoy deep conversations with the monkeys.
 Waking up early is the best time to join the monkey’s business meetings.
 A car is recommended for local travel, please drive slowly through the
neighborhood.
