Perched on the top floor of an exclusive 3-story building, this beautifully appointed, upscale, fully equipped 2-bedroom condo blends a rare combination of privacy, comfort, and one of the best unobstructed ocean views in the laid-back paradise of Esterillos Oeste.

Boasting 2 inviting bedrooms, featuring 1 king bed in the primary bedroom, and 1 bunk bed (king bottom/queen top) in the secondary bedroom. The primary bedroom is large with wrap around windows facing the ocean, along with it's own connected balcony. It features a built in closet, nightstands and a corner ocean-view desk. The secondary bedroom is spacious with double sliding doors, a built in closet and desk. With amenities like a TV, AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, convection oven/microwave, and an induction cooktop, guests can relax and unwind in this enchanting space.
The 2 full bathrooms feature large walk-in showers, toilet and built in vanity sink. The main living space features a sectional sofa with chaise lounger, handcrafted bar, large kitchen island with built in cabinetry. The checkerboard dining table hides chess pieces within. And if that isn't enough, there is a large comfortable outside veranda to take in the view of the ocean and town below.
The condo is equipped with all furnishings, towels, bedding, kitchen dishes, pots/pans, small kitchen appliances, fans and just about anything else you might need. There is even a telescope to get a birds eye view of the surfers catching waves or whales in the distance!
Incredible floor to ceiling windows showcase a panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. A few minutes walk to the beach are nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The unit is fully air conditioned, and appointed with beautiful window blinds, complete with black-out blinds if you wish to obscure the breathtaking sunrises.
The street is one of the few paved streets in town, with street parking. There is a lovely pool, with swim up bar and rancho. The street itself is a dead-end, which means only residents are going up and down the road.
Just a few minutes walk to the beach, you turn right to explore the ancient lava flow beach with tide pools teeming with sea life. Turn to the left for miles of soft sandy beaches. A true rare gem in Esterillos Oeste!

The property has an amazing view of Playa Esterillos Oeste. Windows everywhere and an amazing deck. Good communication with Toniette. We had a few minor issues such as the kitchen disposal but she was prompt & responsive. A short walk to the beach. Well maintained property and a great home base for exploring the Central Pacific coast.

Clean, spacious and well maintained property with beautiful ocean views. The location of property was ideal for going to the beach, with restaurants and grocery stores all with in walking distance. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with and immediately responsive to answer any questions and help with whatever we needed. Would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Esterillos.
