Disappointed by Basic Amenities and Lack of Transparency

I was excited to visit Jaipur and explore its heritage locations, so I booked Hotel Ruby for three nights along with my family and friends. Total all over experience was Not Great but yes it's fine just fine.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of basic amenities. There was no provision of complimentary water bottles, and the drinking water provided appeared unchanged for several days. No exhaust fan was available in the washrooms, which made the hygiene situation uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no hot water facility throughout the stay. Overall, the stay, I did not meet the expectations, and I would not recommend booking cabs or other services directly through the hotel.

A good place to be ♥️

The room was neat and clean as well as spacious. Staff was cordial and warm. Entertained our requests and did their best to make our stay memorable, even gave us an upgrade. Rest all was good. Roshini is a great host and receptionist!
