The view and the location.
I was unprepared to find no linen for the beds. Not enough pillows. No towels. In the kitchen the oven doesn't work well. There was no microwave. A couple of windows needed fixing. I had to clean the apartment and especially the entrance hall which needed a good clean. The apartment doesn't have air con anymore.
