Escobilla y campana de la cocina urge cambiarlas, esas 2 cosas están en un estado que no es de recibo, espero que lo cambien porque están en muy mal estado y es fácil de solucionar. Me dejé una camisa y el chico que gestiona la logística fue muy amable y me la pudo rescatar, se lo agradezco muchísimo. En cuanto al ayuntamiento que no es culpa del apartamento evidentemente que hayan puesto zona azul en todo el pueblo me parece increíble… entendería que cerca de la playa lo hagan pero es que no hay otra opción que zona azul en todo el pueblo o parking privado, lo único gratuito eran descampados fuera del pueblo o uno pequeño en el camping pero al haber zona azul todo muy lleno, una lástima que nos ordeñen de esta manera a los turistas…

The location cannot be beat. The views from the room were amazing. The apartment was clean and had the utensils for cooking but no basic spices or sugar for coffee. It was also missing shampoo, conditioner, body wash. It wasn't a big deal, but was a bit inconvenient. The location in L'Ametlla is just about as central as you can get. Ferran was very nice and helpful. The price was very reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay.

There was not much we didn't like. The power went out for a couple hours one night because we ran the heater and washer at the same time. This may have been explained in Spanish and I just missed it because of my poor grasp on the language. The beds were a bit on the hard side. The only thing that I really did not like was that the one time I had to contact the Barcelona office (when the power went out and I couldn't figure out how to fix it and couldn't get ahold of the manager) the Barcelona person just said 'contact the manager. I'm in Barcelona I can't do anything'. He/she was very dismissive and not at all helpful. BUT after 2.5 hours Ferran did get in touch with us and fixed the problem, so the less than helpful attitude from Barcelona didn't really end up being relevant.

Une personne (ne parle pas français malgré l'annonce) vous donne un trousseau de clés et vous indique l'adresse avec street view. Vous devez ensuite traverser seuls toute la ville. On a mis 15mn à le trouver, et à essayer toutes les clés. Pas de porte sur la 2e chambre, donc impossible pour notre enfant de dormir quand on est dans le séjour! Très grande cuisine.. mais au 3/4 vide. Peu de choses pour faire la cuisine. Tiroirs de cuisine cassé ou très difficiles à ouvrir. Une deuxième télévision posée sur le plan de travail ajouté en urgence puisque celle au mur est HS et laissé en place. Climatisation dans le séjour, mais n'agit pas dans les chambres. Donc porte ouverte obligatoire pour dormir, mais comme il n'y a pas de volet dans la cuisine, réveil à la première heure!
