Anna was incredibly helpful and very efficient. Key collection from a coded lockbox was very simple. The house is in the perfect location and a great size for a small family. It was very clean and the shower was better than most.
Very little I can criticise; the wifi code took a little sorting out but that was the only thing that wasn't perfect.
