We loved everything! The places are so clean, there’s a kitchen fully equipped with everything one might need. The owners are hospitable and helped us with everything we needed. And breakfast - goodness, it was something else! დიდი მადლობა

Amazing stay! The cottage offers a phenomenal view of Mount Kazbek. It is perfectly positioned—only a few minutes on foot to the famous Gergeti Trinity Church hiking path. The neighbourhood has small shops and local cafes, and the main town (Stepantsminda) is a short walk downhill with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The private parking was a lifesaver. The only thing to keep in mind is the location is on a hill, so walking back from the town centre takes about 30 minutes uphill. It's not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

At check‑in, we noticed a temporary, strong outdoor odour (like something had passed away nearby) and landlord told us about this. It was gone by the next morning and never returned – probably just a woodland animal or a drain issue that resolved itself. Inside the cottage, everything was fresh and spotless.

View! The lady help to bring my suitcase down to the building but at the end of our stay, she refused to bring it up for me.

The unit is on a very steep hill, scary to drive down the slope to get into the property. After parked, you need to bring your luggage to go further down the steep slope to get into the building. They have two rooms upstairs and two downstairs. Our room was downstairs, the wooden building is not sound proof. People walking, talking, … upstairs are very disturbing, we couldn’t sleep! Supermarkets are far way in town.
