A very warm host Evgeniya speaks Georgian, Russian and some English. Parking next to the flat. Clean and comfortable. The spacious cosy flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location. An authentic Georgian yard. The kids were playing with the local kittens, it made them busy all day long :) bathroom had soap, shampoo, shower gel and a washing machine.

The flat isnt modern but it doesnt have to be. It is charming as it is. The street is quite busy and sound isolation wasnt perfect. It might be a problem for sensitive sleepers.
